Includes all the necessary devices that control the access and assistance of an accessibility washroom.

The interior / exterior switches have touchless “wave” door activation and include illuminated icons, as displayed in the images. The request for assistance button activates both an interior and exterior alarm. There’s also an output option for a remote alarm. The power supply provides a 12 VDC and 24 VDC output to power all modules in the kit and the lock release interface. (ie: electric latch retraction lock, electric strike or maglock). The kit is designed to simplify the installation process and operation of the washroom door control functionality with direct connections to the control board with 3 – 30’ plug in wire harness supplied as part of the kit. Included in the Kit: • 3–30’ Plug and Play Wire Harnesses • 3 Switches, Controller, RFA and Signage

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION • All 3 switches are illuminated green in idle mode. • Exterior “Wave to Open” switch activates door operator. • Upon the door fully closed, activation of the “Wave to Lock” switch, door relay signals to energize the electric lock. All 3 switches turn red. The system is in “Occupied” state. • When the interior “Wave to Open” switch is activated, the electric lock will be released, the automatic door opens, all 3 switches turn to green • When the Universal Washroom system is “Occupied”, if the emergency push button is activated the door will unlock. The alarms will continue to make a sound and be lit until the push button is reset.
